National Honor Society Inductees Congratulations to the following junior football players for being inducted into
the National Honor Society on March 3rd 2010; Dylan Maxwell, Barrett Hanks, Ben Pope, TJ Miller, and Davis Sayle.
This is a tremendous accomplishment for these student athletes as it represents outstanding achievement in Knowledge,
Scholarship, Leadership, Service, and Character. Each young man has made a conscious decision to give the utmost effort
to each area of high school life in which they involve themselves, and they have all followed through on this commitment
with diligence and perseverance. Congratulations to these five young men on their worthy accomplishment.
McNeil and Goin to be SkyhawksDJ
McNeil and Anderson Goin will be moving on to play college football at UT-Martin in the Ohio Valley Conference. The
Skyhawks were conference champions in 2006 and are expected to be contenders for a conference title again in 2010. As
the Saints runningback, McNeil rushed for 974 yards and scored 23 touchdowns during his senior season. Goin, a kicker
for the Saints, finished the 2009 season with 53 points on 38 PAT's and 5 field goals with the longest coming from 47 yards.
UT-Martin will open the 2010 season against the Tennessee Volunteers in Neyland Stadium.
